The Museum of Masonic Symbology in Florence was created to convey to the brothers how habits and customs have changed over time, and at the same time to spread to the public the knowledge of Masonic philosophy and ethics told through its symbols, based on ritual and philosophical work.

The exhibition contemplates the presence of objects from all over the world, dating from the late 1700s to today. Many curiosities and peculiarities, each object has its own history and its meaning.

The Museum is spread over several floors, allowing the visitor to embark on his journey of discovery by exploring objects and crossing areas that allow you to reflect and learn a lot about the history of Freemasonry. Furthermore, our library hosts many texts and documents, of deep interest for those who want to deepen their knowledge of the subject.
